Subscription Policy
How Subscriptions Work
Subscribing is always a choice, never a default. When shopping on our website, the subscription option must be actively selected — nothing is pre-ticked or hidden. Before you check that box, we clearly spell out exactly what you're signing up for: a recurring order delivered every 30 days at your discounted subscription rate.
To make sure you're always in the know, this disclosure appears in three places:
- On the product page
- Inside your cart
- At checkout
By completing your purchase with the subscription option selected, you authorise Vitamax to automatically process and ship your order on a 30-day cycle from your original purchase date.
Billing & Delivery Schedule
Your payment method will be charged every 30 days, and your order will be dispatched on the same date each month as your first purchase.
For example, if you placed your first order on the 10th of the month, your next order will be processed and shipped on the 10th of every following month.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel at any time — no questions asked, no hoops to jump through. Simply contact our support team and we'll take care of it for you promptly.
One thing to keep in mind: please submit your cancellation request at least 1 business day before your next billing date. If your order has already been processed and dispatched before we receive your request, we're unable to issue a refund for that shipment — you will have had a full 30 days since your last renewal to cancel before the next charge.
