SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping — Australia Free express shipping on all Australian orders. Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking All orders include tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Duties International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes charged by their country. Vitamax is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact us at Info@shopvitamax.com and we will investigate immediately.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
